Binghatti Hills

Binghatti Hills is a residential project developed by Binghatti in Dubai Science Park. According to the developer, it has 1,666 residential units — 852 studios, 528 one-bedroom and 286 two-bedroom apartments — and 21 shops on the ground floor. The building comprises two basement levels, three podium levels, one mechanical floor, 41 residential floors and a roof.

Binghatti announced the project in April 2024, with an unveiling on 29 April followed by a four-day sales event at the Four Seasons Jumeirah, Dubai. Launch coverage described a design inspired by a rolling hillside, with private pools, sky gardens and an amenity deck including a private beach, zen gardens, sports fields, a pavilion, a wellness centre and a children's play area. Completion is planned for Q2 2026 (developer, as stated on its project page in 2026).
