Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City is a multi-tower community developed by Binghatti with Mercedes-Benz in the Meydan area of Dubai. Mercedes-Benz announced it on 16 December 2025 as the second joint project of the two companies, after the residential tower in Downtown Dubai, and as Binghatti's first masterplanned community; the agreement was signed at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart. The official launch was set for 14 January 2026.

The developer describes a community of 12 towers around a central park with 12 different experiences, offering homes from studios to five-bedroom apartments. Launch coverage named the central tower Vision Iconic, at about 341 m, with the other 11 towers stepping down in height away from it; the towers are named after Mercedes-Benz concept vehicles, among them Vision One-Eleven and Vision AVTR. More than 13,000 homes were announced. Mercedes-Benz gives the site as 9 million sq ft (about 0.84 km²), while Binghatti's launch release gives 10 million sq ft (about 0.93 km²).

Besides housing, the plan includes retail boulevards, cultural and leisure areas, parks and green corridors, mobility hubs, and wellness and sports zones. The interiors follow the Mercedes-Benz "Sensual Purity" design philosophy. The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists the complex with eight towers, each recorded as under construction in Meydan.
