Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is a residential tower by Binghatti in Business Bay, Dubai, created in partnership with the watch and jewellery brand Jacob & Co. When the project was announced in November 2022, the developer said it aimed to be the world's tallest residential structure; Jacob & Co's watchmaking influenced the design.
The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists the tower as under construction, with 105 floors above ground, a height of 595 m and expected completion in 2027.
The announced residences are two- and three-bedroom apartments and five penthouses, whose three types are named after Jacob & Co timepieces.
