Binghatti Skyblade

Binghatti Skyblade is a residential tower developed by Binghatti on Burj Khalifa Boulevard in Downtown Dubai. The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists it as under construction since 2025, with an architectural height of 357 m and 66 floors above ground; CTBUH notes that these figures may change until the building is completed.
Binghatti launched the project at a gala dinner at the Rixos Tersane hotel in Istanbul, followed by a five-day sales showcase in the city. The Istanbul launch followed earlier Binghatti launches in Egypt, at the Pyramids of Giza and in El-Alamein.
The developer lists 619 residential units and 2 retail units, from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Launch announcements described some units with private jacuzzis or private pools, and the developer lists a rooftop infinity pool. Completion is planned for Q4 2027 (developer, as stated on its project page in 2026).
