Bugatti Residences by Binghatti

Bugatti Residences by Binghatti is a residential tower in Business Bay, Dubai, developed by Binghatti in collaboration with the French carmaker Bugatti. Bugatti presented it as the first Bugatti Residences in the world and the first collaboration between the two companies. The project was unveiled on 24 May 2023 at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai by Mate Rimac, CEO of Bugatti Rimac, and Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO of Binghatti.
At launch, 182 residences were announced: 171 apartments called Riviera Mansions and 11 Sky Mansion Penthouses. Two car lifts are planned to take vehicles from the garage up to the penthouses. Bugatti describes the design as inspired by the French Riviera, and the announced amenities include a Riviera-inspired beach, a pool, a spa and a private members club.
According to Binghatti, construction began in March 2023; handover was planned for December 2025 (developer, announced 2025).
