Bugatti Residences by Binghatti is the world's first residence project under the French carmaker's brand, in collaboration with Dubai developer Binghatti. Announced in 2023, with handover planned for 2026. It's part of the global branded-residences trend: after Versace, Armani, Bentley, Aston Martin, Bugatti is the latest in this series of luxury partnerships.
46 floors in Business Bay, 200 metres. 182 apartments: 2-bedroom and larger only, plus penthouses and an exclusive 'Sky Mansion' format — two- or three-storey units at the very top of the tower.
The key architectural innovation: car lifts into penthouses and Sky Mansions, letting owners bring vehicles directly to their apartment door. This is a first for Dubai. Interiors by Bugatti Design Studio: flowing lines, custom furniture, colours and materials from the Bugatti car-interior mood-board.
Pricing is in the ultra-premium tier: 2BR from 19M AED, 3BR from 30M, penthouses from 60M, Sky Mansions from 100M. It's Dubai's most expensive residence project at launch (2023).

In 2022 Binghatti Developers, a Dubai builder focused on iconic objects, opened negotiations with Bugatti for an exclusive residence-project partnership. Talks took nearly a year — Bugatti required maximum brand-DNA fidelity in architecture, finishes and service. The contract was announced in May 2023, with launch pricing starting from 19M AED.
The main innovation: car lifts into penthouses and Sky Mansions. A Bugatti Chiron or Veyron owner can drive into a dedicated lift at the tower entrance and rise directly to the door of their 40th-plus-floor apartment. A Dubai first.
Interiors by Bugatti Design Studio: materials, colours, furniture form — all drawn from the Bugatti car-interior mood-board. Carbon fibre details, Alcantara, custom stitching in Bugatti underbody style.
Construction began in 2024 with forecast handover in 2026. At announcement (mid-2023) around 75% of units sold in the first week — a record pace for the Dubai market. Buyers are international ultra-high-net-worth individuals, predominantly from CIS, India and Gulf states.
