Binghatti Skyrise is a residential complex developed by Binghatti in Business Bay. It consists of three towers — East, West and South — on Marasi Drive. The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists each tower as under construction since 2024, with an architectural height of over 200 m and 54 floors above ground; CTBUH notes that these figures may change until the buildings are completed. The main contractor is Granada Europe Construction.
According to the developer, each tower has four basement levels, a ground floor, five podium levels, 48 residential floors, two mechanical levels and a roof, and is topped by a diamond-shaped crown. The launch announcement gave 3,333 units in total: 2,256 studios, 996 one-bedroom, 24 two-bedroom and 26 three-bedroom apartments, and 31 retail spaces.
Binghatti unveiled the project at an event in the Sky Bubble of The Meydan Hotel on 30 October. Launch announcements described more than 15 amenities, including swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym and a children's water park. Delivery is planned for Q4 2026 (developer, as stated on its project page in 2026); CTBUH lists expected completion in 2027.
