Mercedes-Benz Places by Binghatti is a residential tower in Downtown Dubai, developed by Binghatti in partnership with Mercedes-Benz. The two companies announced it in December 2023 and presented it at the Meydan Hotel on 24 January 2024; Mercedes-Benz describes it as its initial joint project with Binghatti.
The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists the tower at 341 m with 71 floors above ground and 3 below; the launch announcement gave 65 storeys. At the January 2024 launch, 150 residences were announced, with two to four bedrooms and five penthouses. CTBUH names Silver Stone Engineering Consultants as design architect and Granada Europe Construction as main contractor.
The design follows the Mercedes-Benz "Sensual Purity" design language, with an elliptical form, horizontal balconies, a lamella structure framing the building and a closed southern facade whose cladding provides shading and integrates photovoltaics. Construction started in 2024; CTBUH lists the tower as architecturally topped out, with completion expected in 2026.
