Dubai Maritime City

Dubai Maritime City is a man-made peninsula between Port Rashid and Drydocks World. Its operator, Dubai Maritime City, part of DP World, gives the site as 249 hectares and describes it as a purpose-built centre for maritime industry, commerce and trade. Alongside industrial and commercial facilities, the operator lists waterfront real estate among its uses. In 2023 Gulf News described the district as one of Dubai's first freehold designated locations.
