Harbour Lights de GRISOGONO Geneve
DAMAC Properties · Dubai Maritime City
Harbour Lights de GRISOGONO Geneve is a residential tower by DAMAC Properties in Dubai Maritime City, between Port Rashid and Drydocks World. DAMAC's project page describes it as a 52-storey tower branded by de GRISOGONO. According to DAMAC's 2024 contract announcement, it contains 294 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and is the developer's first project in Dubai Maritime City.
In August 2024 DAMAC awarded the main works package for the tower and its parking block to Modern Building Contracting Co. (MBCC); shoring and piling had been completed by then. In July 2026 DAMAC reported that the tower had topped out with the final concrete pour on the roof slab, completing a superstructure of 52 residential levels and a five-level podium, with handover planned for 2027.
The developer's amenity list includes a floating pool and an infinity pool; topping-out coverage placed the infinity pool on the 52nd floor, alongside a gym with steam and sauna.
