Oceanz by Danube is a residential project by Danube Properties in Dubai Maritime City, on the Arabian Gulf coast next to the Shindagha heritage village. Danube launched it in September 2023 as its 25th residential project. The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists it as a residential complex under construction with 1,250 apartments.
At launch the project was described as a tower of 51 floors above ground, including a six-level podium for parking and community facilities and 44 residential floors. The 1,250 homes range from studios to three-bedroom apartments, with a few retail units. Interior furnishings are by Tonino Lamborghini Casa, and more than 40 amenities were announced, including a health club, infinity pools, a sports arena, a tennis court and a jogging track. Completion was announced for the first quarter of 2027.
