Chelsea Residences

DAMAC Properties · Dubai Maritime City

Chelsea Residences is a residential development by DAMAC Properties in Dubai Maritime City, created under DAMAC's global partnership with Chelsea Football Club. It was launched in May 2025 and was reported at the time as the club's first branded residential project. Launch reports described six towers of about 130 m each on a waterfront plot, with more than 1,400 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

The launch materials described views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline, interiors based on biophilic principles, and amenities including a rooftop football pitch, an athlete performance centre, a private cinema, an infinity pool and a cryotherapy centre.

In July 2026 DAMAC released Tower C, described as the sixth and final tower of the project. The sources found give no handover date.
