Mar Casa
Mar Casa is a residential tower by Deyaar Development in Dubai Maritime City. Deyaar launched the project on 15 March 2023. The 52-floor tower contains one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, including duplex units, and the developer describes its façade as inspired by sea waves.
Deyaar announced the start of construction with a groundbreaking in November 2023 and at that time scheduled completion for the fourth quarter of 2026. In its investor presentation of February 2025 the developer listed expected completion as the first half of 2027; its construction-update page describes the structure as substantially complete.
According to Deyaar, residents' facilities include a rooftop infinity pool, a children's pool, a padel court, yoga spaces, indoor and outdoor lounges and a kids' club.
