Dubai Harbour

Dubai Harbour is a waterfront district on King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street in the Mina Al Seyahi area, between Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island. Meraas developed the masterplan, which covers 20 million sq ft (about 1.86 km²), and the district is built on reclaimed land. Dubai government media describe Shamal Holding as its owner and curator. The marina has 1,100 berths across three marinas – Harbour Marina, Bay Marina and Palm View Marina – and is operated by D-Marin Dubai, a joint venture of Meraas, Dubai Holding and D-Marin. In 2019 Dubai Media Office described it as the largest yachting community hub in the Middle East. The Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal has two terminal buildings on a pier more than 910 m long and can turn around two cruise ships at the same time; it received its first cruise passengers, from AIDAbella, on 25 November 2021. Emaar's residential community Emaar Beachfront lies within Dubai Harbour. Shamal also lists Skydive Dubai among the district's components, and the district hosts the Dubai International Boat Show.
