DAMAC Bay 2 by Cavalli is a residential tower by DAMAC Properties in Dubai Harbour, between Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island. DAMAC launched it in spring 2023 as a sequel to its three-building DAMAC Bay project on the same shoreline, and its design carries the Cavalli brand. The developer describes a 49-storey tower with one- to five-bedroom apartments; the larger three- to five-bedroom residences are laid out over two levels.
AE7 is the architect and site-supervision consultant, and the architect lists 643 apartments. Gulf Construction reported in March 2025 that a joint venture of Ancient Builders Contracting and Draieh Contracting is the main contractor, with enabling works complete and substructure work under way. DAMAC gives Q4 2028 as the planned handover.
