DAMAC Bay by Cavalli

DAMAC Bay by Cavalli is a residential complex of three towers (A, B and C) developed by DAMAC Properties in Dubai Harbour. CTBUH lists all three as under construction with completion expected in 2028, and records 2024 as the construction start for Towers A and C. Each tower is 200.1 m tall, with 55 floors above ground in Towers A and B and 56 in Tower C, plus 3 below ground; CTBUH gives 1,062 apartments for the complex.
CTBUH names KEO International Consultants as architect, China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East as main contractor and Roberto Cavalli S.p.A. for the interiors.
DAMAC launched the project in January 2023. Launch reports described a maritime-themed design by the Cavalli brand, a bridge linking the towers across their rooftops, a rooftop infinity pool on each tower and a private beach for residents, with homes ranging from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom duplexes.
