Sobha SeaHaven

Sobha SeaHaven is a residential development by Sobha Realty at Dubai Harbour. The developer describes three crescent-shaped towers of 45 to 65 levels on a plot of 104,948 sq ft, with landscaped podiums, amenities and retail space. The towers face the Arabian Gulf, Ain Dubai and Palm Jumeirah.

CTBUH lists the complex as three residential towers under construction since 2024: Tower A with 70 floors and a height of 277 m, Tower C with 63 floors and 247 m, and Tower B with 52 floors. It names PNC Architects as architect and Sobha Group as main contractor, with completion of each tower expected in 2027.

The residences range from one- to four-bedroom apartments to five- and six-bedroom penthouses, according to the developer. Tower B was pre-launched in July 2023 with one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-study and two-bedroom units, and a sky bridge connects it with Tower A. Sobha also markets a Sky Edition of 33 residences on floors 49 to 59 of Tower A.
