In 2018 Meraas launched Dubai Harbour — a masterplan on the peninsula between Bluewaters and Palm focused on yachting infrastructure. Sobha Realty, an Indian-Dubai builder known for quality, acquired one of the key waterfront plots for a flagship project. Concept: three towers of varying heights with view-corridor emphasis toward the Persian Gulf and yacht marina.

02Launch2020 — 2022 · LAUNCH

Sales launched in 2022, after Dubai Harbour Marina opened (2021). Launch pricing was premium for a new district (from 2.5M AED for a 1-bedroom), justified by Sobha's quality reputation and the yachting locale. By 2024, around 70% of units had been sold.
