W Residences at Dubai Harbour

W Residences at Dubai Harbour is a development by Arada in Dubai Harbour, between Bluewaters Island and Palm Jumeirah. Arada launched it with Marriott International under the W brand on 22 October 2024 and put more than 400 apartments on sale at the time. The complex consists of three towers joined by a landscaped podium that holds the shared amenities; Arada describes it as a 40-storey complex with a LEED Silver-certified design. It is Arada's third project in Dubai, after Armani Beach Residences and Jouri Hills, and its fifth branded residences project in the UAE.

The residences range from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom homes, with three- and four-bedroom duplexes in the middle section of each tower and rooftop penthouses with pools. The podium includes a 200 m infinity pool, residents' facilities such as a cinema, spa, gym and children's club, and areas open to the public, including restaurants, shops and a Wellfit gym.

In February 2026 Arada awarded the main construction contract for all three towers and the podium to Engineering Contracting Company; by then excavation and piling had begun under a separate contract with APCC Piling & Marine Contracting. Arada put the number of branded residences at 490, and Marriott International is to operate the development. Arada announced completion for 2027 at the launch.
