The Residences at The Dubai Beach EDITION

The Residences at The Dubai Beach EDITION are the residential part of The Dubai Beach EDITION, a beachfront hotel and residences development at Dubai Harbour. On 2 October 2025 the Dubai Media Office reported an agreement between Shamal Holding and Marriott International to bring the EDITION brand to the project, described as the first EDITION branded residences in the Middle East.
The November 2025 launch announcement on the Dubai Harbour website states that the project is developed and delivered by H&H in collaboration with Shamal and designed by RSHP (Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners). It lists 165 private homes with two to four bedrooms, from 1,450 to 3,770 sq ft, in four low-rise pavilion buildings with beach access. Next to the residences, the hotel is planned with 185 rooms and suites. Hospitality Design names Rockwell Group for the interiors and Square M Design for the landscape.
Completion is planned for 2029 (as announced in 2025).
