Dubai Harbour Residences is a low-rise beachfront collection of apartments and penthouses at Dubai Harbour, where Palm Jumeirah meets Bluewaters Island. Shamal Holding, the owner of Dubai Harbour, announced it on 29 May 2024 as its first residential project there. The design is by the Japanese firm Nikken Sekkei, and Shamal works on the project with the Dubai-based H&H Development.
In September 2024 Shamal stated that the project has 345 apartments spread across eight floors, with one- to four-bedroom units and penthouses. The amenities it listed include a rooftop infinity pool for adults, a fitness centre, a yoga studio, a spa and a children's pool.
On 26 June 2025 the Dubai Media Office reported that Khansaheb Civil Engineering had been appointed main works contractor, after foundation works and the beachfront formation had been completed. In August 2026 Gulf Construction reported that Khansaheb had announced the project's topping out.
