Ellington Properties

Ellington Properties is a residential developer based in Dubai. A company announcement dated February 2015 states that it was founded in 2014. The company describes itself as a design-led developer and names three co-founders: Robert D. Booth, its managing director, Joseph Thomas and Elie Naaman.

Its early projects were in Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Village Circle. In Jumeirah Village Circle it developed the Belgravia series, including Belgravia 2, launched after the first Belgravia building. In January 2023 Ellington and DMCC launched Upper House, the developer's first residential project in Jumeirah Lakes Towers.

Other projects listed by the company include DT1, Wilton Park Residences, Ellington Beach House and One River Point. In Jumeirah Islands it is developing Eltiera Heights and Eltiera Views.
