Ellington Beach House

Ellington Beach House is a residential project by Ellington Properties on the East Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. The developer launched it on 6 September 2022 as its first apartment project on Palm Jumeirah and its second residential development there, after The Ellington Collection of nine beachfront villas.
At launch the developer described 123 units over seven residential floors, plus a ground floor and a basement: one- to three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom penthouses and ground-floor apartments with a pool. Its announced facilities included a 400 m² infinity pool facing the beach, a standalone club lounge, a padel tennis court and an indoor and outdoor fitness area.
In January 2025 Middle East Construction News reported that Ellington Properties had announced the completion of the building. The announcement was marked by the unveiling of artworks placed throughout the building as part of the Ellington Art Foundation and by an art show of works by local artists, held with Art Be A Part.
