The tower offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and a limited number of penthouses, which the developer says overlook the lakes and the Dubai skyline. According to Ellington, the interiors use European finishes and include integrated smart-home systems.
The developer's amenity list includes an infinity-edge pool, a fitness area, steam and sauna rooms, an outdoor children's play area, a water garden and a bicycle parking and repair station. In December 2025 Ellington announced another residential project in the community, Eltiera Views.
