Beach Walk by Imtiaz is a residential development by Imtiaz Developments on Dubai Islands, close to the beach and opposite a large retail destination. According to the developer, it has 80 residences: studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. It is part of the developer's Beach Walk series, which also includes Beach Walk 2, 3 and 4 and Beach Walk Grande.
Imtiaz announced the handover of the project in March 2026 and described itself as the first developer to complete and deliver a residential project on Dubai Islands. The developer's amenity list includes a rooftop infinity pool, a clubhouse, a gym, children's play areas, barbecue areas and landscaped gardens.
