Bay Grove Residences

Bay Grove Residences is a residential development by Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, on Island B of Dubai Islands. Nakheel unveiled the first phase on 14 October 2024 with four residential buildings and 296 units: one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom duplexes and penthouses. Further phases followed in December 2024, in April 2025 (Phase 3: three buildings, 241 units) and in July 2025, when Nakheel announced a final phase of four buildings and 257 units, including a single penthouse.

In September 2026 Nakheel awarded the main construction contract for Phases 1 and 3 — 537 homes in seven buildings — to Metac General Contracting Co., with main works expected to be completed in late 2028 (announced 2026). According to the same reports, the full community is planned at 1,154 homes in 15 buildings, with a further 617 homes planned across Phases 2 and 4.

Amenities listed by Nakheel include a podium garden, an infinity pool, a raised ocean pool on the beachfront, a clubhouse, a fitness centre with yoga space and children's play areas; residents also have access to Crystal Beach.
