Dubai Islands

Dubai Islands is an island development by Nakheel along Dubai's northern coastline, formerly known as Deira Islands. In August 2022 Nakheel unveiled a master plan for the project under the new name Dubai Islands: five islands with a total area of 17 km² and more than 20 km of beaches, including a Blue Flag certified beach. The plan provides for more than 80 resorts and hotels, about 2 km² of parks and open spaces, golf courses, and a network of marinas, promenades and pathways. Nakheel said the project is aligned with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
