Imtiaz Developments is a real estate developer based in Dubai. According to the company and Gulf Business, it was founded in 1993; Gulf Business describes its origins as a small construction business. Its chief executive is Masih Imtiaz. The company says it has in-house teams for design, interior design, joinery, aluminium works and construction.
Gulf Business lists Westwood, Westwood Grande, Pearl House, Luxor, Cove, Hyde Walk and The Symphony among its projects, located in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubailand, Meydan and Dubai Islands.
On Dubai Islands, Imtiaz handed over Beach Walk by Imtiaz in March 2026 and describes itself as the first developer to complete and deliver a residential project there. In June 2026 it announced the groundbreaking of Sea Cliff Residence on the islands, with handover scheduled for Q1 2028 (developer, announced 2026).
