Rixos Dubai Islands Hotel & Residences
Rixos Dubai Islands Hotel & Residences is a hotel and residential development on Dubai Islands, launched by Nakheel on 26 July 2023 in partnership with Excelsior Real Estate LLC. Nakheel described it at launch as the first luxury hotel and residential offering on Dubai Islands. The project is set in a cove with a 700 m beach that residents can access directly, and Nakheel describes its architecture as mid-rise.
The launch announcement listed one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with overhanging terraces, four-bedroom duplexes with private pools, beach houses with their own gardens and terraces, and ten villas. Nakheel released a second phase, the Beach Residences, on 15 November 2023, with 331 residences ranging from 93 m² to 876 m².
Nakheel lists the project on its construction-progress pages; its latest internal inspection there is dated 11 June 2026. The developer has not published a completion or handover date on the pages consulted.
