H&H Investment and Development, which presents itself as H&H Development, is a Dubai real estate company founded in 2007 by Shahab Lutfi and Mohamed Al Hussaini. It describes itself as a developer, investor and asset manager. Besides development, its divisions cover property management and leasing, facility management, procurement of furnishings and fittings, and interior design. The company says it specialises in hospitality and has built luxury hotels as well as residential and commercial projects, and that it acts as an investor through its sister company Bright Start. In 2012 Middle East Construction News reported that H&H had been appointed to manage U-Bora Tower in Business Bay.
CTBUH lists H&H Investment and Development as the developer of City Tower One, a 362.8 m tower on Sheikh Zayed Road completed in 2026, which H&H also manages. In 2024 Shamal Holding named H&H Development as one of its partners in delivering Dubai Harbour Residences. Among the residential projects on H&H's own website is Eden House Za'abeel.
