SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences is a mixed hotel and residential tower on Marasi Drive in Business Bay. The hospitality group sbe announced its partnership with World of Wonders Real Estate Development on the project in March 2019. At opening, the tower held 254 hotel rooms, 321 hotel apartments and 371 residential units.
The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists the building as completed in 2020, with 75 floors and an architectural height of 335.2 m, construction having started in 2016. Aedas designed the tower, Günal Construction was the main contractor, and Bishop Design was responsible for the hotel interiors; sbe subsidiary Dakota Development handled concept development and design management.
The hotel opened on 5 April 2021 as the first SLS hotel in the Middle East and the seventh SLS hotel worldwide. Guests arrive at a sky lobby on the 71st floor, the Ciel Spa is on the 69th floor, and two infinity pools sit at the top of the tower.
