World of Wonders Real Estate Development is the company with which the hospitality group sbe announced a partnership in March 2019 for SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences in Dubai's Downtown district, presented as the first SLS property in the Middle East.

In January 2021 sbe and World of Wonders Real Estate Development jointly announced the opening schedule of SLS Dubai. Arabian Business and Sleeper name Mehmet Nazif Gunal as the company's founder and chairman.
