Danube Properties

Danube Properties is the property development arm of the Danube Group and is headquartered in Dubai. Its founder and chairman is Rizwan Sajan; according to Arabian Business, he founded the Danube Group in 1993 as a supplier of building materials. Danube Properties was founded in 2014, and The National reports that it entered the real estate market in June of that year.

The company's own list of completed projects includes Glitz, Resortz, Pearlz, Lawnz, Bayz, Miraclz and Glamz. In January 2024 it announced Bayz101, a 101-level residential tower in Business Bay; The National described it as Danube's 28th project in Dubai and reported that the developer called it its largest to date by units and overall space.
