Bayz101 is a residential tower by Danube Properties on Al Mustaqbal Street in Business Bay, Dubai. Danube announced it on 15 January 2024 as a 101-level tower; the CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists it at 363 m with 108 floors above ground and 4 below, construction starting in 2024 and completion expected in 2028.
The tower is planned with 1,346 homes, from studios to four-bedroom apartments, plus retail space, across about 2.1 million sq ft. At its announcement it was Danube's largest project by number of units and by area. The National reported that most two-bedroom and all three- and four-bedroom units come with a private pool. The developer announced more than 40 amenities, including a health club, swimming pool, jogging track and tennis court.
CTBUH names Archgroup Consultants as architect and BG&E as structural engineer.
