Danube Properties is an Indian-Dubai builder known for mass residence projects with the 1%-per-month plan. By 2022 most Danube projects were in simpler districts (Sports City, JVC), but in Business Bay no competitors offered the accessible segment. Bayz 101 became the answer — Danube's flagship in a premium location with the same accessible terms.

02Launch2023 — 2024 · LAUNCH

Sales launched in 2023 with starting prices from 950K AED for a studio. By end-2024, around 80% of units had been sold — typical Danube pace. Buyers are predominantly small-ticket investors and first-time buyers who couldn't afford a full Business Bay downpayment elsewhere.
