Sportz by Danube is a residential project by Danube Properties in Dubai Sports City. Danube launched it in November 2023 together with its Eleganz project, as its seventh launch of that year. At launch the developer announced a 39-floor tower with 1,100 apartments; its project page now lists 1,110 apartments, from studios to three-bedroom units.
The developer built the project around sport. Launch announcements named an Olympic-sized lap pool, a trampoline area, table tennis, wall climbing, a sky jogging track, and mentoring and coaching. The current project page also lists courts for cricket, pickleball and mini basketball, a golf simulator, tennis and badminton among its facilities.
In its construction update of 30 September 2026, Danube reported overall progress of 92%, with roof slab works completed on Towers 1 and 2 and testing and commissioning under way. The project page lists completion in May 2027.
