Fashionz by Danube is a residential tower by Danube Properties in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai, developed in partnership with FashionTV. Danube launched it in April 2023 and described it as Dubai's first FashionTV-branded residential tower. At launch the developer announced 65 floors and more than 700 apartments.
The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists the building on Joory Street in JVT as a residential tower under construction, 262 m tall with 62 floors above ground and 790 apartments, with completion expected in 2028.
The developer announced more than 40 facilities, including a FashionTV-branded gym, rooftop bar with a swimming pool, restaurants and cafés, as well as a padel court, skating rink, outdoor cinema, fashion ramp, fashion school, Japanese garden and business centre.
