Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers
Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers is a branded residential project by Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, unveiled on 9 June 2025. It comprises 754 residences with one to four bedrooms in two towers on Sheikh Zayed Road, near the Museum of the Future, DIFC, One Central and Jumeirah Emirates Towers, with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Jumeirah provides hospitality services to residents; Meraas describes the project as following its earlier collaboration with Jumeirah at Jumeirah Residences Marsa Al Arab.
The towers were designed by SCDA Architects with a cantilevered form; a private entrance beneath the cantilever leads to a double-height lobby and a garden courtyard. Meraas lists three sky terraces with infinity-edge pools among the amenities.
In September 2026 Dubai Holding awarded China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East a Dh5 billion contract covering both this project and Dubai Holding's new headquarters. Handover of the residences is planned for 2030.
