Burj Azizi

Burj Azizi is a tower by Azizi Developments on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, next to the Dubai World Trade Centre metro station. Gulf News reported that Azizi bought the plot in September 2022 and announced the planned height of 725 m in September 2024. The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists the tower as under construction, with an architectural height of 725 m, 133 floors above ground, construction starting in 2025 and serviced apartments, hotel and residential functions. Azizi markets it as a 131-plus-storey tower.

The developer describes a seven-star, all-suite hotel themed on seven cultures, residences ranging from suites and penthouses to apartments and holiday homes, and a vertical retail centre across seven floors, along with a ballroom, beach club and observation deck. Gulf News reported in February 2025 that the height had been finalised after approvals from the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Dubai Municipality; global sales were launched that month with an event at Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.

CTBUH names AE7 as architect and structural engineer. According to MEED, main construction is carried out by Gardinia Contracting, an Azizi subsidiary, and Eversendai was awarded the steel structure works in April 2026. Azizi announced completion for 2028; MEED reported in April 2026 that completion was expected by 2029, and CTBUH lists 2030.
