ICONIC Residences
ICONIC Residences is a residential tower by MERED in Dubai Internet City, with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road; CTBUH, which also lists it as Iconic Tower, gives its address as Sheikh Zayed Road. The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists the building as under construction since 2024, with an architectural height of 286.4 m, 67 floors above ground, 311 units and expected completion in 2027. MERED describes a G+66 tower with 310 apartments and one penthouse; some news reports from 2024 put the height at 290 m.
Pininfarina is responsible for the architecture and interiors and licenses its brand to the project, which MERED markets as ICONIC Residences Design by Pininfarina. Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) and Currie & Brown are among the named project partners. In December 2024 MERED announced SERA Group as general contractor, while CTBUH lists TAV Construction as main contractor.
A first concrete pour marking the start of main construction was reported in January 2025. In March 2026 the tower had reached Level 22, about 125 m, and by June 2026 Level 31, about 140 m. MERED's planned delivery date is Q3 2027 (developer, announced 2024).
