MERED is a Dubai-based real estate developer; its website gives its head office in Dubai and an office in Abu Dhabi, and describes residential and branded developments in both emirates. CTBUH lists the company as MERED Holdings. In Dubai its project is ICONIC Residences in Dubai Internet City, a tower designed by Pininfarina that CTBUH lists as under construction at 286.4 m.

Arabian Business and Middle East Construction News (August 2024) reported that MERED had acquired waterfront land on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi for a residential and commercial project. The company's website lists Riviera Residences as its second project, which MERED presents as an Al Reem Island development designed by Herzog & de Meuron. Both reports named Diana Nilipovscaia as chief executive; Michael Belton was appointed CEO in October 2024 and is named in that role in 2025 and 2026 reports.
