Anantara The Palm Dubai Residences
Anantara The Palm Dubai Residences is a residential property by the Dubai developer Seven Tides. It forms part of the Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort on the East crescent of Palm Jumeirah. The developer lists fully furnished studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, plus unfurnished penthouses; Gulf Business reported penthouses in both the South and North Towers.
The Peninsula (2013) and The National (2014) gave the total as 442 apartments; a 2018 Gulf News report referred to 449 original units. According to The National, the residences are managed by the Anantara hotel group and can be placed in the rental pool.
Residents have access to the resort's private beach, its 10,000 m² temperature-controlled lagoon pools, a gym, tennis courts and children's play areas. By late 2018 Gulf News described the apartments on sale as ready to move in.
