Bvlgari Resort & Residences

Meraas · Jumeirah Bay Island

Bvlgari Resort & Residences, referred to in press coverage as Bulgari Resort and Residences Dubai, was developed by Meraas on Jumeira Bay Island in partnership with the Italian jeweller Bulgari. The whole development was designed by the Italian firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel.

According to Bulgari's parent group LVMH, the residential part comprises 173 apartments and 15 private mansions. At the 2015 launch, Meraas described 165 apartments, eight penthouses and 15 mansions, with apartments of one to four bedrooms in six free-standing buildings and mansions of three to six bedrooms. A 2018 Gulf News report gave 168 apartments and six penthouses.

The resort opened on 7 December 2017 with 101 rooms and 20 villas, arranged around a marina and yacht club; LVMH describes it as Bulgari's first Yacht Club & Marina. Gulf News reported in November 2018 that handover of the residences had started.
