Bvlgari Lighthouse
Bvlgari Lighthouse is a 27-storey residential tower developed by Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, on Jumeira Bay Island. According to Meraas, it is the third project Bvlgari has undertaken with the developer. The tower is designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, and its façade takes its cue from marine coral.
The residences are four- and five-bedroom penthouses, with a Sky Villa occupying the top three levels; Meraas describes the Sky Villa as having eight bedrooms. Residents have access to the facilities of Bvlgari Resort Dubai, including the Bvlgari Marina and Yacht Club.
In September 2024 Meraas awarded the main construction contract to Dutco Construction Co LLC, after marine works on that part of the island had been completed. The developer announced completion for Q2 2027.
