Bvlgari Ocean Mansions
Bvlgari Ocean Mansions is a collection of seven residences developed by Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, in partnership with Bvlgari. The mansions stand on the northern shore of Jumeira Bay Island and are built over the water. Meraas's own project page spells the name "Bulgari Ocean Mansions".
The homes were designed by the Italian architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and constructed by Innovo Group. Each mansion has five bedrooms and nearly 10,000 sq ft (about 930 m²) of space, and each balcony has an infinity pool. Meraas describes the residences as concealed beneath glazed terracotta roofs. Residents have access to the facilities of the neighbouring Bvlgari Resort Dubai.
On 12 December 2024 Dubai Holding announced the completion and handover of the mansions, with key handovers held at the Bvlgari Yacht Club on the island.
