La Vie

La Vie is a residential tower in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), developed by Dubai Properties on one of the last remaining seafront plots in JBR. Woods Bagot's Dubai studio designed both the architecture and the interiors; North 25 was named as the project management company.
The tower has 36 storeys and 269 units: one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses with sea views. The façade is formed by tapered balconies that step down towards ground level. The architect lists three swimming pools, two lawns, a children's play area, direct beach access and a private beach club.
The project was launched in October 2019. In February 2023 the architect reported that façade installation was in its final stages and interior fit-out was at an advanced stage. Completion was planned for 2023 (architect's project page, which still lists the tower as in progress).
