Dubai Properties

Dubai Properties is a Dubai-based real estate master developer. According to the company, it began operating in 2002 as Estithmaar Realty, starting with a single project, Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), and became a Dubai Holding company in 2005; its website names Dubai Holding Real Estate as its parent company. Some news reports refer to it as Dubai Properties Group (DPG).

Gulf News lists Dubai Properties as the developer of Business Bay, and Khaleej Times reported at the district's announcement in December 2004 that Business Bay would be managed by Dubai Properties. In Business Bay the company developed Bay Square and Business Bay Marina (formerly Marasi Riverside), a waterfront tower on the Dubai Water Canal launched in 2017. In JBR it developed 1/JBR, a tower that the company described as standing on the last piece of land in JBR.

Its other communities include Mudon and Villanova in Dubailand, as well as Serena, Remraam, Bellevue Towers, Dubai Wharf, Manazel Al Khor, The Villa and Jaddaf Waterfront.
