Dubai Properties (DP) is a government developer within Dubai Holding. It designed and executed the Business Bay masterplan (240+ towers), Jumeirah Beach Residence (40 beachfront towers), the Mudon masterplan, Culture Village and 1/JBR. An infrastructure developer — laying down street and canal grids on which other companies subsequently build. In-house residential projects: Executive Towers, Bay Square, Manazel Al Khor and Dubai Wharf.
