Sobha Elwood

Sobha Elwood is a residential community of four-, five- and six-bedroom villas developed by Sobha Realty. The developer places it in Dubailand along Al Ain Road and gives its size as 10 million sq ft (about 0.93 km²).
According to the developer, more than 10,000 trees cover 26% of the site, and 47% of the community is given over to open space and parks. The developer's amenity list includes a cycling track, a cricket pitch, a dog park, a clubhouse, a community pavilion and a treehouse.
In trade press coverage published in February 2026, Sobha Realty described Sobha Elwood as an upcoming villa community and said that power on its construction site would come from Positive Zero's solar-charged mobile battery storage systems in place of diesel generators, under a two-year agreement. It was the second Sobha Realty project to use these systems, after Sobha One.
