DAMAC Islands

DAMAC Properties · Dubailand

DAMAC Islands is a master community of villas and townhouses by DAMAC Properties in Dubailand. DAMAC unveiled it on 19 November 2024 at Coca-Cola Arena. The developer's page gives the community an area of 30 million sq ft and lists 5,915 villas and townhouses.

The design is themed on tropical islands: the launch announcement described six clusters named after the Maldives, Bora Bora, Seychelles, Hawaii, Bali and Fiji. At launch DAMAC offered four- and five-bedroom townhouses and six- and seven-bedroom villas; its current project page lists five-bedroom villas.

The community is planned around water features. DAMAC's official amenity list includes a central hub fountain, a water platform, lagoon waterfalls, a jungle river and an aqua park. DAMAC Islands 2 is a separate DAMAC project.
