DAMAC Islands 2
DAMAC Islands 2 is a master community of villas and townhouses by DAMAC Properties in Dubailand. DAMAC launched it in November 2025, and the developer's page gives the community an area of 20 million sq ft.
DAMAC lists DAMAC Islands 2 on its website as a community of its own, separate from DAMAC Islands; Zawya described it as a new phase of the DAMAC Islands master-planned community. The design draws on eight island destinations: Bahamas, Tahiti, Bermuda, Barbados, Cuba, Maui, Mauritius and Antigua.
DAMAC's pages list four- and five-bedroom villas and townhouses, and the developer's guide to the project also lists standalone six-bedroom villas. The developer's official amenity list names nine features, among them Tranquil Lake & Eco Park, Whispering Waterfall, Botanic Garden and Solar Link Park.
