DAMAC Lagoons
DAMAC Lagoons is a master community of villas and townhouses by DAMAC Properties in Dubailand, beside the developer's DAMAC Hills community. Sales opened on 1 November 2021, and news reports described it as DAMAC's third master community in Dubai. The developer gives its area as 4.5 million m².
The homes are arranged around lagoons with beaches, and each cluster is themed on a Mediterranean destination. At launch there were eight: Venice, Morocco, Santorini, Costa Brava, Nice, Malta, Andalucia and Portofino. By March 2023 Ibiza had been added as a ninth cluster; a later DAMAC release lists 11 clusters, adding Marbella, Mykonos and Monte Carlo and no longer naming Andalucia.
At launch, construction was expected to finish in October 2024. In March 2023 Proscape was awarded the roads and infrastructure contract for the Nice, Costa Brava and Portofino clusters. Handovers began with the Santorini cluster; according to DAMAC, about 513 homes were handed over in 2025, about 6,300 were targeted for 2026, and infrastructure and landscaping works had passed 80% completion by September 2026.
