After Park Point's successful 2018 delivery, Emaar continued with low-rise residence projects in Dubai Hills. Park Ridge became the direct continuation — same principles (low-rise, by park, family orientation), on a new district plot.

02Construction2019 — 2022 · CONSTRUCTION

Construction ran 2019–2022. By delivery, around 85% of units had been sold. Buyers were a virtually identical audience to Park Point: families with children, long-contract expats.
