The Edit at d3 is a residential development by Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, in Dubai Design District (d3). Meraas and the Dubai Media Office announced its launch on 17 November 2025. It consists of three towers along the Dubai Canal promenade, next to Atélis at d3, with 557 residences: one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
The developer describes the towers as having softened forms, curved corners and flowing balcony lines, with sky gardens inside the buildings. Its amenity list includes resort-style pools, co-working and creative studios, family and kids' zones, a health club with yoga and fitness spaces, gaming lounges and a private cinema.
